It is a semi dry lager with a citrusy finish. This is a circular collaboration beer created with Sticks'n'Sushi where we upcycle their surplus rice to craft lager. Pale Blue Dot can be found at all Sticks'n'Sushi restaurants and their webshop. The name springs from Carl Sagens book called Pale Blue Dot
