Prime Catcher has an objectively stronger effect than Escape Rope so its nice to know that not only can you replace a card with a similar effect, but you can replace it with a card thats outright stronger

That being said any deck entirely relying on black for it's removal will struggle more than usual to deal with Sculler what with it being black, gold and an artifact leaving only Edict effects, mass removal and -X/-X effects
