Thada Adel, Acquisitor is a sneaky attacker that can slip through with islandwalk, then steal the best artifact from someones deck

On the other, hes competing against Ezuri (and many others) to head up an Elf tribal deck

Missing land drops in the early turns will be fatal in this format with all the poison surging around, and the chance to proliferate on a failcase is a nice upside

No doubt plenty of other EDH players are in the same spot, and I think that is what's driving this price rise
