Part of me wants to tinker with the deck, though, and its likely to be plundered for parts for either Iroas or Aurelia, the Warleader

While the flavor is nice, there are simply better Equipment to search for with Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, even with Clouds trigger-doubling ability

Sadly, this does leave surge foil cards somewhat vulnerable to market manipulation
