Being the only game in town for no-art lands would make Unstable more similar to Unhinged or Unglued , where if you wanted a certain subgroup of basics for your deck, you pretty much had to buy the set (or at least the lands from the set, which would force someone else to crack a box of the set to sell them to you)
Beza will wreck house in Bloomburrow Limited, may be one of the best BLB cards in Standard, and might play well out of the 99 of commanders like Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis that can engineer that losing board state, but I dont see much hope for it in the command zone
However, it must be the case that the Unlimited Edition, white bordered card is currently more available to purchase, as its position here is based on current market values at TCGplayer, not overall prices on other secondary markets
