Glaetzer The Bishop Shiraz (BOX OF 6) Pinot Grigio & Pinot Gris the wine opens up withDark purple, almost impenetrable. Black fruits abound. Dark plums and blackberry notes intermingle with anise and fresh spice. Bright and juicy with a wonderfully rich mid palate that maintains balance and finishes with texture. Flavours of dried spice and dark berry fruits add freshness and dimension. Great drinking now but this wine will also benefit from 1012 years of careful cellaring. (BOX OF 6)
