Seeing play within Pioneer, and primarily Commander, this card is often an incredibly oppressive force

Essentially he is either there to pump all of your blue dorks giving you all round better tempo or he is there to generate mana for artifacts along with any other blue dorks you might have

Haste Givers Anger 6 Giving haste to your dork that wasn't Sneak Attacked in or Unearthed into play massively improves your odds on winning

While I'm not sure that Skyshroud Ambush is better than either, I do think it's close enough to be in the conversation

Its not the tankiest Pokmon out there, but it holds a little value with Call Forth Cold, allowing for some Energy movement
