Naboso SPOLU 2021 new in and vibrant acidity —a versatileGrner Veltliner, Riesling and Blaufrnkisch Spolu means together, is a gemmy, vibrant blend of white and red grape varieties: Grner Veltliner, Riesling and Blaufrnkisch. Semi carbonic (50% of Blaufrnkisch) fermentation in direct pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grner Veltliner and Blaufrnkisch. That last grape is what gives this wine its color, a light magenta. Cherry, raspberry, flowers, herbs.
